Yvonne Hermina-Biebel is a private investor and founder of construction-related businesses that have completed a range of high-profile projects in New York City. Over the course of her career, Yvonne Hermina-Biebel has developed companies that worked in metals fabrication, construction support, and custom design-build services. She established J Frederick Construction in 1993, leading projects that included the stainless-steel package for the new Yankee Stadium, the metals package for Mohegan Sun Casino, exhibits for Hasbro, and various amusement-park installations.

Her team produced flood-control panels, fire department access ladders for subway systems, and numerous prototypes for infrastructure needs, as well as public art pieces for the MTA 7 Line and other transit locations. The company also completed interior build-outs for restaurants and hospitality venues such as Nobu, Russian Tea Room, Public House, Gramercy Bar, and Todd English projects. Recognition included an AIA Award for streetscape bench designs used in New York City.

Outside her professional work, Ms. Biebel is active in personal and community interests. She participates in activities such as Zumba and aquatic Zumba, enjoys time with her Boston terrier, and participates in the antique-car community. Her community involvement includes creating and funding a youth program at the Saratoga Automobile Museum focused on teaching children to restore quarter-midget race cars, as well as donating historic automotive items to the AACA Library in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She also collects Black Forest wood carvings, pottery, and antique holiday decorations.
